To get the best burn and longest life from your soy candle, please follow these care tips:

First Burn: Allow your Large and Extra Large candle to burn for at least 2 hour (or until the wax melts evenly to the edges). This prevents tunneling and ensures an even melt pool.

Trim the Wick: Always trim the wick before each use to around 5mm. (See instructions inside your candle box.)

Safe Placement: Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, children, curtains, and furniture.

Extinguishing: Never use water to put out a candle. Instead, ALWAYS use a candle snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax with a heat-safe tool, then lift it back up.
After Each Burn: Wipe the inside of the container to remove any residue and keep your candle looking fresh.

As our candles are often hand-poured to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
