To get the best burn and longest life from your soy candle, please follow these care tips:

First Burn: Allow your large and extra candle to burn for at least 2 hours (or until the wax melts evenly to the edges). This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even melt pool.

Trim the Wick: Always trim the wick to around 5mm before each use. (See instructions inside your candle box.)

Safe Placement: Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from draughts, pets, children, curtains, and furniture.

Extinguishing: Never use water to put out a candle. Instead, ALWAYS use a candle snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax with a heat-safe tool, then lift it back up.
After Each Burn: Wipe the inside of the container to remove any residue and keep your candle looking fresh.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded — contact us and we'll make it right. Please inspect your order on delivery and let us know as soon as possible if your candle arrives damaged or faulty, or if you receive the wrong item.If your candle is damaged in transit:

- Take clear photos and videos of the damaged item, outer box and internal packaging
