To get the best burn and longest life from your soy candle, please follow these care tips:

First Burn: Allow your large and extra candle to burn for at least 2 hours (or until the wax melts evenly to the edges). This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even melt pool.

Trim the Wick: Always trim the wick to around 5mm before each use. (See instructions inside your candle box.)

Safe Placement: Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from draughts, pets, children, curtains, and furniture.

Extinguishing: Never use water to put out a candle. Instead, ALWAYS use a candle snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax with a heat-safe tool, then lift it back up.
After Each Burn: Wipe the inside of the container to remove any residue and keep your candle looking fresh.
