To get the best burn and longest life from your soy candle, please follow these care tips:

• First Burn: Allow your Large and Extra large candle to burn for at least 2 hour (or until the wax melts evenly to the edges). This prevents tunneling and ensures an even melt pool.

• Trim the Wick: Always trim the wick before each use to around 5mm. (See instructions inside your candle box.)

• Safe Placement: Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, children, curtains, and furniture.

• Extinguishing: Never use water to put out a candle. ALWAYS use a candle snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax with a heat-safe tool, then lift it back up.

After Each Burn: Wipe the inside of the container to remove any residue and keep your candle looking fresh.

We ship Australia-wide from Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT).

Please note: Extra-large and large candles cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or post offices.

To help us get your order to you safely, please provide clear delivery instructions. Ensure your candle box can be left in a shaded, secure location, away from direct sunlight.

All orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post.

Order Processing

As our candles are often hand-poured to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• It is in the same condition as when received

• It has not been used, lit, or damaged due to improper handling or failure to follow the provided care and safety instructions

• You have proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Once approved, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.

How to Request a Return

• If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

• Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method which may take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account.

  • We will cover return shipping for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• Your candle arrives damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item
   

In case of damage during transit:

• Do not discard the original packaging or box

• IMPORTANT: Take clear photos and videos of the damaged item, outer box, and internal packaging

Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards  - can not be exchanged for cash or purchase other Gift Cards

• Returns due to change of mind
